Digital dentistry has transformed the way dental laboratories fabricate full-arch restorations. With modern CAD/CAM workflows and advanced multilayer zirconia materials, laboratories can produce restorations that combine natural esthetics, precise fit, and predictable long-term performance.
In this case study, we share a real customer project that demonstrates how a dental laboratory successfully completed a full-arch zirconia restoration and received positive clinical feedback. Special thanks to our sales consultant, Summer, for collecting and sharing this valuable customer case.

A 3D-printed working model was produced to verify the restoration before final delivery.

The multilayer structure helped provide a gradual transition in shade and translucency, reducing the need for extensive manual characterization.
After milling, the zirconia restoration was sintered according to the recommended firing schedule and finished with polishing and glazing before clinical try-in.
